2012 QUILT SHOW WORKSHOPS

Here A Chick

Thursday, June 21
9am–12pm & 1pm–4pm
Linda Johnson
101 - "Here a Chick (Beyond the Block)"
$50 - 6 hour class

This wall hanging was inspired by a delightful chicken fabric, but you could bring any other focus blocks and Linda will help you design your own one-of-a-kind quilt. Learn what fabrics make your motif “pop.” You’ll also work on some of the supporting blocks included in the pattern, but you may choose different blocks and fillers to complement your chosen fabric in this “design-as-you-go” process. With built-in “fudge-factors,” this is practically goof-proof!
The sample is a 32”x 30” wall hanging, but you’ll have options for different size blocks and smaller or larger finished quilts. All skill levels. DOWNLOAD CLASS SUPPLY LIST
