Publicity photos may be taken at AQG events for promotional purposes. An announcement will be made in advance of any photography to be use for publicity purposes.

Cancellation Policy, participants, who are unable to attend a workshop, or other event for which they are registered, must notify AQG and relinquish their reserved space. AQG shall offer vacated space to the next individual on waitlist. Event registrations are non-transferable individually; all transfers to be handled by AQG.

Refund Policy, if AQG cancels an event, all registrants will receive a full refund. If a replacement cannot be found, no refunds will be given for participant cancellations. If a replacement can be found, particpants will receive a full refund.
