The Appleseed Quilters Guild Retreat is designed to provide you with the time, space, and inspiration to nurture your creativity. Now in its third year, our retreat at the Farmstead Inn in Shipshewana has become a much-anticipated event for quilters of all experience levels. Over three days, you'll enjoy an energizing atmosphere filled with creativity camaraderie, and shared passion for quilting. Past participants enthusiastically describe the retreat as both fun and fulfilling - and with the abundance of nearby shops, there's always an opportunity to add to your fabric collection!

Beyond quilting, the retreat offers a wonderful opportunity to build new friendships and strengthen existing ones, helping us continue to grow a supportive and vibrant Guild community. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned quilter, this retreat is the perfect place to recharge your creative spirit. Retreat Details

• Dates: Friday, March 27 at 10:00 a.m. through Sunday, March 29 at 3:00 p.m.

• Location: Farmstead Inn, Shipshewana, Indiana

• Member Registration: Opens at Guild meetings on November 4 & December 2

• Non-Member Registration: Opens at the January 6 Guild Meeting

• Fees: Listed on the official registration form.

• Lodging: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Farmstead Inn until February 25, 2026, at a nightly rate of $164.00. Please note that the Farmstead accepts one credit card per reservation, so roommates should plan accordingly. To reserve your room, call 260-768-4595 and identify yourself as a member of the Appleseed Quilters Guild. Breakfast is included with your stay, all other meals are on your own 

• Retreat Amenities: The quilt studio is bright and spacious, offering each quilter a full table along with access to cutting mats, ironing boards, and irons. Complimentary coffee and tea are available throughout the event, and shared snacks are always appreciated.

• Confirmation: Registered attendees will receive a confirmation email with additional details including group dining options, pricing, and other helpful information.
